All of our products are freshly made everyday from scratch. At Henze's Bakery, we make sure that only the best ingredients go into our products. We believe that the best ingredients make the best tasting cakes and cupcakes.

Since 1960, we have been serving Valparaiso Indiana, providing many memorable cakes for birthdays, anniversaries, parties, and special events. At this time we are not accepting wedding cakes, sorry for the inconvenience.

All the baked goods from this place are phenomenal, be it biscotti, donuts, custom birthday cakes, we love it all! We recently had them make my wife's birthday cake; dark chocolate with dark chocolate ganache, and infused with salted caramel.
